Always refer to the latest Gazette for current listings.
Additions and changes not in the printed Gazette are identified in red, eg. (new), (rescheduled), etc.
Leaders, it is your responsibility to check your listings for accuracy and notifiy the webmaster with any corrections or changes. If you have submitted a trip to the trip database, but do not see it in the Gazette, it will eventually be copied to the Gazette. Advance listings are not always immediately copied to the Gazette.
Trip and event short notice cancellations and changes are to be made on the Message Board by the leaders as the preferred method of notification. This is especially useful when an there is a large sign-up list. Alternately, the telephone or email may be preferred for a lesser attended event.
If you wish to view a copy of the mailed Gazette Newsletter you may do so via a png or pdf file. The .png is a snapshot image of the Online Gazette, the .pdf is the paginated mailed version Gazette, both as of the date of publication. Both have the same text content. The .pdf and .png Gazettes (both current and back issues) do not include subsequent updates.
